My wife and I bought a play set for our kids in September of 2016 and it has been great until a few weeks ago when the beam that supports the swing collapsed due to rot, in which I wasn’t terribly surprised being 6 years old. After getting the right Email address I sent them Pictures of the damage and my original receipt and received a reply within the hour apologizing and telling me they would send out the replacement pieces the following day. I fixed our swing set in a few hours and my kids are swinging once again. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another product from this company. My experience was top notch for sure.
